Must be at least 18 years of age.
No degree needed.
No experience or returning to the workforce.
Military experience welcomed.
Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is a plus.
Access to reliable transportation.
Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered per California Fair Chance Act (LA County FCO).
Material Job Duties
Achieve established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of inventory data.
Communicate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, positively yielding cooperation.
Create partnerships and instill trust and confidence based on expertise.
Take initiative to suggest new approaches that impact quality and quantity of performance and organizational effectiveness.
Ability to work varied, traditional and non‑traditional hours, including flexible schedules.
Working Conditions This position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, using both hands for repetitive motions, frequent squatting, kneeling, crouching, using a ladder, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs., traveling by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
