Retail Grocery Associate - Inventory
Join WIS International as a Retail Grocery Associate – Inventory specialist. This role focuses on counting and recording inventory accurately while ensuring a safe and organized retail environment. Work in a dynamic setting that values teamwork, precision, and dedication.
Starting Wage:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour (productivity‑based increases up to $5.00 over the first six months).
Hours:
Part‑time with flexible schedules, including traditional and non‑traditional shifts. The more you’re available, the more you can earn.
What You Will Do
Count and record inventory with high precision.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow for accuracy and speed.
Move between inventory locations, standing or walking for extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity‑based wage increases.

Team Requirements
At least 18 years old.
Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse roles is a plus.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for full shifts.
Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Access to reliable transportation.
No inventory experience required—training provided.
Open to candidates who have no degree, are returning to the workforce, or have military experience.
