The Office of General Education seeks an Administrative Program Coordinator. Under the direction of the Director, the Administrative Program Coordinator performs a variety of job duties to support the Director, the faculty, and the staff in the various needs of the Office of General Education and running of day-to-day operations.
This position is responsible for coordinating activities and functions to ensure that goals and objectives of the General Education Office are accomplished in accordance with established priorities and procedures. The Administrative Program Coordinator works closely with the Director and leadership team on the functions and operations of the department.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to all Office of GE and UNIV Faculty/staff. Assist in providing reception services as needed.
Manage electronic correspondence and messaging generated by General Education emails as needed.
Assist in the facilitation of department initiatives by coordinating department activities, collecting information from the staff, and assisting in planning staff events. Schedule meetings, arrange rooms, catering and other arrangements for staff as needed.
Assist with the management of the office, processing maintenance requests, and ordering/keeping inventory of shared office supplies. Includes OGE and UNIV Faculty Offices.
Provide administrative support for UNIV Faculty which includes contracts, APR, promotion, processing purchase requests related to professional development, travel authorizations, and grants.
Serve as a liaison to Provost Business/HR Teams.
Work closely with the Program Coordinator, General Education Curriculum, responsible for the Course Proposal and the UWGEC workflow. Assist with workflow management as needed.
Assist with the updating and management of the GE website.
Work with UNIV 101/301 semester enrollment management and logistics, including but not limited to data entry of all course sections, schedules, classroom, equipment, instructors and enrollment limits in UAccess systems.
Assist with UNIV 101/301 Schedule of Classes system entry (data entry), including section add/change/cancel forms.
Process student requests for enrollment and exceptions for UNIV 101/301; review ADVIPs and provide permission to enroll as needed. May require submitting applicable UA forms (Course Repeat Exceptions, Change of Schedule, etc.).
Supervise undergraduate student employee(s).

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
