Neuropsychology Practice Administrator (Senior Level)
We are hiring a Neuropsychology Practice Administrator (Senior Level) to oversee and support daily operations in a fast-paced healthcare practice. This senior-level role ensures smooth administrative processes, provides support to clinicians, and helps manage billing, HR, and patient services.

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and insurance processes
Support HR tasks including staff credentialing and record management
Maintain accurate documentation, databases, and organized files
Manage phone calls, gather patient information, and assist with inquiries
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of administrative or office support experience
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Knowledge of healthcare processes such as billing, credentialing, and data entry
Ability to work on‑site in Needham, MA
Nice To Have
Prior experience in a Neuropsychology or Behavioral Health practice is a big plus
