Senior Administrative Assistant (Healthcare) We are seeking a full-time Senior Administrative Assistant (Healthcare) to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting clinicians and leadership while ensuring smooth daily operations in a busy healthcare setting. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative experience, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has proven skills in HR, billing, and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with monthly accounts receivable and HR tasks, including clinician credentialing

Support billing, benefits, and database management

Manage departmental systems, track data, and process payments

Provide general office support: phones, scheduling, records management, and patient intake

Welcome and assist patients and visitors to ensure a positive experience

Support clinicians and administrative leadership on various projects

Assist with light technology support (phones, server, etc.)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required

5+ years of administrative or office support experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

Experience in the medical industry and familiarity with insurance billing

Onsite availability in Needham, MA

Nice To Have:

Prior experience in a Neuropsychology or Behavioral Health practice is a big plus
