We are seeking extraordinary, kind, selfless, compassionate individuals who act as advocates, supporters, educators, and caregivers to people with disabilities. We believe in our clients’ right to live in the least‑restrictive environment and ensure that the homes they occupy enable them to lead fulfilling lives while remaining safe and well‑cared‑for. Our programs center around the individuals we support in 4‑bedroom residential settings.
Responsibilities
Assisting with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
Demonstrating positive and supportive behavior with clients and coworkers.
Medication administration and documentation of services provided daily in electronic records and the computer system.
Socializing with residents and engaging them in activities such as games, movies, shopping, walks, bonfires, or fishing.
Accompanying clients to appointments and outings and ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience.
Compensation:
$16.50 to $18.00 per hour
Requirements
18 years or older
Availability to work every other weekend
Current driver's license, car insurance, and a clean record
Must be able to pass a MN DHS Background Check
