Our operations include 12 CRS homes in Duluth, 8 in Fridley, and a Metro West division in Cokato. Job Description We seek extraordinary, kind, selfless, compassionate individuals who act as advocates, supporters, educators, and caregivers to individuals with disabilities, ensuring a least‑restrictive environment and a safe, enriching home life.
Responsibilities
Assist with personal cares, daily living activities, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
Demonstrate positive and supportive behavior with clients and coworkers.
Administer medication and document services daily in electronic records.
Socialize with residents, encouraging games, movies, outings, walks, bonfires, or fishing.
Attend appointments and outings with clients.
Compensation Hourly pay ranges from $16.50 to $18.00.
Hours Currently hiring for evening and full‑time overnight shifts.
Requirements
Must be at least 16 years old.
Available to work every other weekend.
Current driver’s license, car insurance, and a clean driving record.
Must pass a Minnesota DHS background check.
