Managing Escrow Officer (Retail Division)
Join Lennar Title as a Managing Escrow Officer and oversee the Fresno Division branch, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality escrow and related services.
Job Description The Managing Escrow Officer is responsible for managing the division operation and its employees, maintaining cost‑effective and profitable operations while enforcing performance and operating goals. The role serves as a liaison between mortgage/builder partners to ensure compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met.
Responsibilities
Manage the division to maximize productivity and profitability of escrow and related services.
Gather and review business information such as reporting, market forecasting, and personal data reports.
Consult with senior leadership for real estate and related business information.
Work with vendors (pre‑approved) to monitor compliance, cost effectiveness, quality, and timeliness; improve processes and output quality.
Track and monitor division expenses; perform office management duties as needed.
Oversee escrow personnel to assure compliance with company policies and timely procedures.
Regularly review quality of work and spot‑check escrow files for adherence to customer requests and company policies.
Assist customers by resolving complaints, expediting orders, explaining procedures, pricing schedules, etc.
Lead, supervise, and coordinate escrow staff; maintain effective working relationships at the division level.
Influence others and manage competing priorities in a business environment requiring varied judgment and analysis.
Recruit, retain, and develop talent; hold employees accountable for results.
Align goals, measure results, and foster collaboration with leaders to implement solutions that enhance business effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2–4 years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role.
Success at establishing, leading, and maintaining effective relationships at the division level.
Notary Public, active title license strongly preferred.
