Pharmacy Benefits Manager Pricing Strategy Analyst Manager

Base pay range:
$100,400–$150,600 per year.
How You Will Make An Impact
Implements new processes, process improvements, and best practices related to pricing, guarantee monitoring, and ASO pass‑back activities.
Creates and implements metrics and performance measures to maximize revenue and pharmacy pricing effectiveness.
Develops tools and processes to monitor margin revenue, pricing accuracy, and client retention.
Monitors under‑performance and applies corrective actions to meet targets.
Implements pricing in system related to margin.
Supports Pharmacy Services team in achieving revenue growth, member expansion, and capacity building.
Assists in developing pharmacy pricing training for underwriters and updates to underwriting guidelines.
Minimum Requirements A BA/BS in Finance or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy benefits management, pricing, or data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
MBA strongly preferred.
Experience with a PBM.
Health economics experience.
