What to Expect
Manage full-cycle recruiting for Director level and below for assigned divisions, including manufacturing, operations, corporate, and sales
Research and source candidates using technology-based search techniques and established networks
Screen candidates through resume reviews, initial interviews, and background checks, and coordinate offer letters and follow-up correspondence
Provide support and guidance to hiring managers to ensure a consistent and high-quality recruitment process
Extract and compile data for recruitment metrics and reporting while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience for Non-exempt and/or Exempt positions
Familiarity with HR recruiting processes and practices, including compensation, EEO laws, and interviewing skills
Detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) capability
