Responsibilities
Visit customers and accounts in the field to ensure continuity of provision of medical devices
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and device usage
Develop and maintain knowledge of specific payor requirements to enhance reimbursement payments
Provide education and training to hospital and office staff on medical device order requirements
Achieve and maintain acceptable performance metrics while complying with healthcare regulations
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales
Experience in healthcare or medical device environments preferred
Proven ability to navigate hospital and clinic settings effectively
Must have a valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in clinical or billing roles within healthcare
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Power BI and CRM systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Problem-solving mindset with accountability for tasks from start to finish
Effective communication skills, capable of both teamwork and independent work
