What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Visit healthcare facilities to ensure continuity of ZOLL’s medical devices for patients
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and device utilization
Maintain compliance with payer requirements to enhance revenue realization
Provide training and education to hospital and office staff on device order workflows
Achieve performance metrics while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales
Experience in healthcare or medical device environments preferred
Ability to navigate hospital and clinic settings effectively
Proficient in MS Office applications and Customer Relationship Management systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in clinical or billing roles within the healthcare industry
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to planning and tasks
Capacity to work independently while being a team player
Valid driver’s license for travel to various healthcare facilities
