Responsibilities
Visit customers and accounts in the field to ensure continuity of provision of medical devices
Collaborate with healthcare providers to prioritize patient care and assist with documentation
Manage follow-up processes and work with departments to drive efficiencies in reimbursement
Provide ongoing education and training to hospital and office staff on medical device workflows
Achieve and maintain acceptable performance metrics while complying with healthcare regulations
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales
Experience in healthcare/medical device environments preferred
Must have a valid driver's license
Proficient working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience navigating hospital and clinic environments effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Problem-solving mentality with accountability for tasks from beginning to end
Effective team player capable of independent work with strong self-motivation
Flexibility to adapt to atypical work hours based on business needs
