What You Will Do
Coaching and training Inventory Associates to ensure accuracy.
Following a clear, consistent workflow (playbook for success).
Leading & engaging the team and acting as the primary point of contact for event‑related concerns.
Supporting and executing directives from the Area or District Manager to drive operational excellence and maximize team productivity.
Upholding core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork.
Team Requirements
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Willing to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen if required.
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS fleet driver requirements may be required.
Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands & wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and frequently travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
