We are currently seeking a dynamic Team Leader ACT Programming to supervise and guide a multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Provide day-to-day leadership of ACT team staff and operations Deliver clinical expertise and individual therapy using evidence-based models Ensure compliance with program standards, productivity benchmarks, and clinical excellence Facilitate team meetings, trainings, and clinical supervision Audit and oversee documentation, credentialing, licensing, and staff competencies Support a culture of learning, innovation, compassion, and collaboration Key Responsibilities
Conduct performance evaluations, corrective action, and professional development planning Adjust team schedules and priorities for optimal program operation Coordinate individualized care and ensure staff skills match consumer needs Assist with budget development, monitoring, and resource management Ensure program alignment with all laws, regulations, and best practices Provide supervision across departments as needed for continuity of care Youll Thrive in This Role If You Have
A Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field Active Michigan licensure (LMSW, LPC, LLP, or equivalent) Proven leadership experience in mental health or clinical care environments Strong knowledge of community mental health services and ACT models Ability to support and de-escalate during behavioral health crises (Safety Care model trained or willing to be trained) Join LifeWays and lead with empathy, strategy, and purpose.
