Job Overview:
Directly supervise production operations and coordinate workers across inspections, assembly, pipe fitting, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping. You will lead teams, train new employees, solve production problems, and maintain high quality standards while promoting a culture of innovation and pride.

Responsibilities:
Keep records of employees' attendance and hours worked.
Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records to determine production requirements and evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods, such as inspectors, machine setters, or fabricators.
Conduct employee training in equipment operations, work and safety procedures, or assign employee training to experienced workers.
Make decisions and solve problems related to production.
Communicate with supervisors, peers, or subordinates.
Inspect equipment, structures, or material.
Monitor processes, materials, or surroundings.
Guide, direct, and motivate subordinates.
Coach and develop others.
Advise others on ways to improve processes or products.
Confer with others to resolve production problems or equipment malfunctions.
Enforce rules or regulations.
Inspect production equipment.
