Key Responsibilities
The HR/Office Manager serves as a partner to leadership while also handling day-to-day HR and office tasks. HR Operational (70%)
Recruiting and Talent Development Manages talent pipeline, source and screen top talent Advises on salary structures and commission Employee Development and Mentoring Program Support Development of Management Training Program Organizational People Manager Employee Engagement (eNPS) and Recognition Programs Employee Relations and Workplace Environment Performance Management, including goal setting and alignment Employee Benefits Administration (Health, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO, STD/LTD) Maintains Company Handbook and Policies Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding Maintains HRIS and ATS systems Office Management (20–30%)
Facilities Oversight: Ensure office environment is clean, safe, and well‑maintained; coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance. Administrative Support: Manage office supplies inventory, order materials, and maintain equipment. Reception & Communication: Oversee front desk operations, manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries. Event Coordination: Organize company meetings, team‑building activities, and office events. Payroll and Processing (10%)
Supports payroll systems in partnership with Accounting Supports employee bonus and commission payouts Compliance Management with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, tax laws, and internal policies Collaborate with leadership on compensation, budgeting, and forecasting $60,000 - $70,000 a year
