We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. Your role will support Epic’s ongoing growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets. You’ll negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide, forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad, and manage litigation. Your level of responsibility will grow rapidly as you deepen your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly evolving industry.

Strong academic and professional background
Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges
Motivation to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management
Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
