This role will work as part of a team to deliver a new and innovative approach to listening and acting on what really matters to people in our care through the delivery of Real Time Feedback Loops.

Responsibilities

Work with point of care teams, patients and the public to gather and share information to promote rapid change and an enhanced understanding of the experiences of individuals using our services.

On‑board new areas to help ensure the spread of the programme.

Qualifications

Highly motivated and organised.

Confident with exceptional interpersonal skills.
