Graduate Nurse
We are looking for a Graduate Nurse (GN) at El Paso Behavioral Health System, a 167‑bed private psychiatric hospital in El Paso, Texas. The GN will coordinate and evaluate patient care through collaborative efforts with the health team, following the nursing process and Texas Board of Nursing standards. Responsibilities
The Graduate Nurse will: Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team members. Apply the nursing process to assess and plan patient care. Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions. Document patient care accurately and timely. Qualifications
Education:
Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience:
Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred. Licensure:
Graduate permit may be used temporarily; RN license required within six months of hire. Additional Requirements:
Must pass a medication administration exam, have current CPR certification, and complete Handle With Care training (physical hold and verbal de‑escalation). Benefits
