MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR TACOMA SHIPYARD Trident Seafoods is the largest vertically integrated seafood harvesting and processing company in North America. Summary:
The Maintenance Administrator will develop and maintain all key department files and asset information and provide reporting and information to key personnel as requested. They will also assist in development of vessel and machinery maintenance scheduling, and will track, compile, and assist with regulatory and compliance activities to ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations.

Assists in Development and maintenance of master equipment lists to track all major Trident vessel assets including maintenance history, planned maintenance, and Repair and Maintenance schedules for each.
Assists Vessel Operations Managers, and Engineering Support Staff with development and oversight of Vessel repair and maintenance planning.
Participates in capital project planning to assess capital improvement needs, and determine scope, budget, and timelines.
Provides cost projections for project planning.
Requests and tracks historical maintenance data from Trident’s vessel support vendors.
Oversees maintenance history and tracking and ensures that all history including quotations, invoices, service reports, reconditioning, current operating hours, and failures are recorded properly.
Maintains records of maintenance costs for each vessel including parts and personnel costs.
Assists with development of critical spares lists and tracks and maintains lists.
Enters and Maintains information and data into department databases as directed.
Provides reports and analytics as requested.
This is a nonexempt position with an hourly rate range from $29.00 - $32.00

Required Qualifications: (Education, Years of Experience, Certifications)
2 years of accounting or finance experience.
2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
High school diploma or general education degree (GED.
Preferred Education & Experiences:
4 years of accounting or finance experience.
4 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Associated Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Knowledge with SAP that can include Vendor Invoice Management, Manage Supplier Items, and Purchase Orders.
Knowledge of seafood or fishing industry.
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
Organizational Skills and detail oriented ability
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel creating formulas and generating spreadsheets. Knowledge creating presentations using Word and PowerPoint is a plus.
