Salary Range:
$66,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances and customer complaints.
Develop, implement, and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate quality documentation, records, and reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes and product reliability.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), statistical process control (SPC), and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA).
Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor a quality inspection team.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
ASQ Certification (e.g., CQE, CQA) is preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive).
Demonstrated experience with supplier quality management and auditing.
