Competitive Pay:

$28.00 – $34.00/hour (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus:

$1,500

Quarterly Maintenance Bonus:

Your Role as Maintenance Supervisor: Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders efficiently

Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins

Coordinate with the Property Manager on budget and planning

Lead and implement a preventative maintenance program

Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks)

Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed

What You Bring to the Team: 2+ years of maintenance experience

(multifamily preferred)

HVAC experience required

(AC, electric, forced air systems)

Strong leadership skills and experience supervising a maintenance team

Preferred Certifications: EPA Certification

CPO Certification

Hands-On Skills in: Drywall, painting, and carpentry

Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)

Appliance repair (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.)

Water heater repair (gas and electric)

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete job duties will be required during the interview process.
