Join Regency Pacific Management as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This role is essential to quality resident care.
You Will
Train staff and assist the director of nursing
Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents
Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), ADLs, environmental orientation, and medication or treatment administration while encouraging self‑care and independence as permitted by state regulations
Ensure care is delivered as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation
Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures within the LPN scope of practice and state regulations
Requirements
Possess a current LPN license in good standing
