Charge Nurse RN – Regency Pacific Management
Join us as a Charge Nurse at Regency Pacific Management. This position requires 4–5 days a week, evening shift.
Responsibilities
Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents.
Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, medication administration, treatments, and other care while encouraging self‑care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation.
Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations.
Qualifications
Possess a current registered nurse license in good standing.
Typical candidates have 1 year of providing supervision in healthcare; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
