Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, and 8D. Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100). Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem‑solving efforts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP). Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for quality data management. Internal or external auditing experience to relevant ISO standards. Job Titles That Should Apply
