$93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
Oversee all quality control activities, including incoming material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances and customer complaints.
Manage supplier quality, including qualification, performance monitoring, and audits to ensure material compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and reduce defects.
Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality policies.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems; IATF 16949 or AS9100 experience is a plus.
Proven expertise in quality tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt certification preferred), SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a quality assurance team.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles and tools
Direct experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, Industry 4.0 concepts)
