Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA.

Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control documentation, and software backups.
Lead continuous improvement projects focused on automation, efficiency, and reliability enhancements.
Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
Integrate new equipment and technologies into existing production lines and control architectures.
Recommended Qualifications
Extensive experience with PLC programming, development, and troubleshooting (e.g., Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley, Siemens).
Proficiency in HMI/SCADA system design, configuration, and deployment (e.g., FactoryTalk View, Wonderware, Ignition).
Strong understanding and practical experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
Demonstrated ability to commission, test, and optimize automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
Experience with industrial robotics, servo motion control, or machine vision systems.
Ability to read, interpret, and develop electrical schematics and control panel layouts.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
Proficiency in SCADA system development and database integration (e.g., SQL).
Familiarity with industrial vision inspection systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
Understanding of IT/OT cybersecurity principles and best practices.
