Minimum 5+ Years of Hands‑on Experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll Module as Functional Consultant/Techno‑Functional Consultant Solid technical understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and data model and Multi‑Org concepts Three End‑to‑End Projects Implementation experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll module Ability to drive the projects independently and work with Business Stakeholders Hands‑on experience with Fast Formulas and Costing Hands‑on experience with HCM Data Loaders, HCM Extracts and OTBI Reports Hands‑on experience in US Taxation and year‑end issues Implementation experience on Payroll Conversions, configurations, Mid‑Year Balance migrations Hands‑on experience working in ADP Reporting and Integration issues Adhere to the processes and adapt the changes set by the Organization Experience in cross modules like Core HR, Benefits and Absences is preferred Experience with end‑to‑end test cases for Payroll Module Oracle Applications development experience, including Reports, Customization, Interfaces, and Extensions
