Key Responsibilities

Optimize existing automated processes to improve efficiency, throughput, and product quality.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all automation solutions.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams on automation projects.
Ensure all automation systems adhere to safety standards and industry regulations.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), HMI/SCADA development, and industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
Hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB) and machine vision systems.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems and optimize manufacturing processes.
Experience with project lifecycle management, from design and commissioning to maintenance and upgrades in a manufacturing environment.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) programming and integration.
Proficiency in industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for inspection and guidance.
Familiarity with data analytics platforms (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI) for manufacturing data.
Understanding of industrial network architecture and OT cybersecurity best practices.
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience applied to automation projects.
