Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
Strong understanding of industrial control systems, instrumentation, and sensor technologies.
Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and machine safety standards.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex automation and electrical issues.
Proven experience in the commissioning, startup, and optimization of automated manufacturing equipment.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with industrial robotics, machine vision systems, or laser systems.
Proficiency with SQL databases and/or MES (Manufacturing Execution System) integration.
Familiarity with industrial network architectures (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and OT cybersecurity principles.
Experience with CAD software for electrical schematics and panel layouts (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
