Ideal candidates will have experience working with QuickBooks Online, particularly in the real estate industry. Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for financial transactions.
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Handle accounts payable tasks, ensuring proper documentation and timely payments.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and AppFolio to maintain and update financial records.
- Process invoices and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth handling of multi-entity accounting operations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all financial activities.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Strong proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and AppFolio software.
- Familiarity with invoice processing and reconciliation procedures.
- Background in the real estate industry is preferred.
