- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage invoice processing, ensuring timely and correct payments to vendors.
- Perform routine data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting purposes.
- Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain financial documentation for audits and reviews.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to address payment inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, specifically in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Familiarity with invoice processing and financial documentation.
- Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
