The Enterprise Technology Services Program (ETS) designs and delivers secure IT solutions and services to support program and administrative objectives. Responsibilities
Perform administrative support functions for the DHCS Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) program, focusing on attendance-related tasks and other HR-related duties. Work under general supervision with initiative and independence, managing workload and meeting deadlines. Maintain effective communication with a variety of individuals and demonstrate strong time management skills. Minimum Requirements
You will find the Minimum Requirements in the Class Specification. The position requires the ability to type at a minimum speed as designated on the Class Specifications. A valid typing certificate confirming your ability to meet the minimum typing speed is required prior to hire. OFFICE TECHNICIAN (TYPING) Qualifications and Desirable Qualities
Ability to maintain and handle confidential material with care Ability and willingness to follow instructions World-class customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset Strong written and verbal communication, with professional relationships at all levels Adaptability to changing priorities while meeting deadlines Experience coordinating and preparing attendance, benefits, and payroll Strong organizational skills and process-improvement ideas Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Visio) Required and Additional Documents
