Base Pay Range $23.00/hr – $27.00/hr
Position Description Flynn Panera is a franchisee of Panera Bread. Our cafes are upscale, friendly spaces featuring baked breads and pastries, made‑to‑order soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages. This role requires no late nights and a morning‑person schedule. Managers supervise up to 75 staff members, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide outstanding leadership to the team.
Passionately inspire, coach, counsel, and develop associates.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, safety, and facility management.
Order, schedule, manage labor, and maintain marketing, facility, bakery, and catering operations.
Analyze sales, forecast profitability, and execute plans for sustained results.
Act as the primary conduit of information between associates and management.
Recruit, train, and schedule staff to meet staffing par levels.
Control costs and manage budgets.
Conduct table visits, resolve associate questions, and provide performance reviews.
Ensure bakery and cafe staff are fully trained and competent.
Education and Experience
2–3 years of hospitality or restaurant management experience.
Degree or equivalent in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred.
Food Management Certifications a plus.
