Oversee site readiness activities to ensure successful circuit delivery Manage the ticketing process, including monitoring statuses and resolving issues in a timely manner Process Move, Add, Change, Disconnect (MACD) service requests accurately Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, including Solution Providers and End Customers Assist with reports and ad hoc administrative tasks as designated by the Team Leader What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience Ability to ensure high levels of productivity and quality Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement Willingness to comply with work/break schedules to meet service levels How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in business process management or operational management Proven ability to contribute to team performance and boost productivity Familiarity with ticketing systems and service request processes Strong organizational skills for handling multiple tasks and priorities Previous experience in a remote work setting
