Overview

Logistics Specialist - Material Handler/Delivery Driver - Spokane. Role involves loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and/or timely customer delivery, including unloading and staging of products at the customer's business location. The LS represents TireHub professionally in all customer interactions and maintains safe driving practices while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong customer relationships. Responsibilities

Distribute tasks across general warehousing, delivery services, vehicle maintenance, loading and unloading, inspecting, and tallying tires to and from transport vehicles (trailer trucks/box trucks/delivery vans). Follow TireHub safety standards for selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders; position items in designated locations using the bin locator system. Operate equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Conduct and participate in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control procedures. Collect payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions. Maintain vehicles in clean and good mechanical/physical condition. Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections daily and report any issues or defects to the supervisor or designated person. Complete driver and vehicle maintenance logs on a regular basis. Ensure compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures. Participate in ongoing training through in-class, in-person, or computer-based learning modules as assigned. Complete other tasks assigned by Supervisors or leadership. Qualifications and Skills

At least 1 year of general work experience. Must have a valid driver's license and a minimum of 2 years of driving history (driver’s permit not included). Must be 19 years old or older. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to repeatedly lift, pull, push, and move tires up to 50 lbs, with or without mechanical assistance; frequently bend, twist, and lift. Multitask in a fast-paced environment; load, unload, and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles accurately and efficiently. Work up to 35 feet above ground level and up to 8 hours per day on a forklift. Follow traffic rules and safely drive TireHub vehicles to customer locations; work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Manifest, GPS, and navigation systems; able to maintain forklift certification. Must be able to maintain a valid driver's license and meet physical requirements; lifting up to 50 lbs or greater as needed. Working Conditions

Operate in various settings from non-climate-controlled warehouses to customer locations. Extended day, evening, and weekend work (including Saturday) may be required with little to no advanced notice. Driving during the night or in inclement weather may be required. Specific vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. May handle hazardous materials and wear protective equipment as required. Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height to meet safety restraints. Benefits

Starting wage of $21.15 per hour with guaranteed increases of $2.00 in the first year.
