Responsibilities
Lead and develop payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate and compliant execution of programs
Oversee global payroll operations, ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations
Manage global benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives
Establish performance standards and quality controls across all locations
Act as the primary contact for complex payroll and benefits issues
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
7+ years of progressive experience in payroll and benefits administration, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of global employment laws and benefits administration best practices
Proven success in leading multi-country teams in complex environments
Experience with enterprise HRIS and payroll systems, preferably ADP
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
Exceptional leadership and team development skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
