Accounts Receivable Manager

We’re seeking an experienced

Accounts Receivable Manager

to lead AR operations, improve cash flow, and ensure timely and accurate collections. This role will oversee billing, credit, and collections while partnering closely with finance, sales, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day AR, billing, and collections processes

Monitor aging, reduce DSO, and resolve discrepancies

Lead and develop AR staff

Establish credit policies and improve AR controls and reporting

Qualifications:

5+ years of AR or credit/collections experience

Prior people leadership experience preferred

Strong Excel and ERP system skills

Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
