Our team is supporting a well-respected law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in case management, drafting, and supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities:

* Manage litigation files from intake through trial and appeal

* Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and correspondence

* Organize and maintain case documents, evidence, and timelines

* Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics

* Conduct legal research and compile case information as needed

* Assist attorneys with trial prep, exhibit binders, witness lists, and evidence management

* Communicate with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience (defense or plaintiff)

* Strong understanding of Georgia court rules and e-filing procedures

* Exceptional drafting, organizational, and case-management skills

* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management software

* Paralegal certificate preferred but not required if experience is strong
