Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Monsey, NY. The Executive Assistant will provide executive administrative support, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, and overseeing daily administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include handling communications, coordinating meetings, and supporting the needs of executives to ensure smooth organizational operations. The role requires effective time management, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in preparing and managing detailed Expense Reports
Experience in providing Executive Support and assisting with leadership-level responsibilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting in Monsey, NY
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role or in assisting top-level executives is a plus
