Retail Inventory Associate – Driver
WIS International is seeking a dynamic Retail Inventory Associate – Driver to transport team members to inventory events, manage inventory counts, and maintain safety standards.
Starting Wage:
$16.50 - $21.50 per hour. Part‑time schedule with flexibility; productivity‑based wage increase up to $2.00 for the first 6 months, max $5.00.
What You Will Do
Transport team members to and from inventory events safely and on schedule.
Adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
Accurately count and record inventory; maintain precision.
Follow a consistent workflow and meet daily performance goals.
Support teamwork and uphold core values: Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, Teamwork.
Team Requirements
At least 21 years of age.
Strong focus and attention to detail; positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiers, sales representatives, driver, or warehouse work.
No inventory experience required; training provided.
No degree needed; military experience welcomed.
Access to reliable transportation.
Driver Requirements
Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
Minimum of 3 years proven driving experience.
Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, MVR check, and related screening.
Familiarity with GPS navigation.
Flexible schedule, including early mornings and late nights.
Working Conditions This position requires prolonged standing, occasional walking, use of both hands for repetitive motions, low level positions (squatting, kneeling), ladder use, lifting up to 25 lbs., and occasional travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
