Retail Inventory Associate – Driver – WIS International
We are hiring a part‑time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.50–$22.50 with opportunities to earn up to $5.00 more through productivity‑based wage increases.

Responsibilities
Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, following traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
Count and record inventory accurately.
Follow a consistent workflow and playbook for success.
Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals and strive for productivity‑based wage increases.

Team Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old.
Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is preferred; no inventory experience is acceptable if the candidate shows discipline.
Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
Comfortable using handheld scanners or counting tools.
Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a team‑oriented attitude.
Access to reliable transportation.
Inventory Associate Driver Requirements
Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
Minimum of three (3) years of driving experience.
Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, background checks, and MVR check.
Familiarity with GPS navigation.
Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings, late nights, and occasional travel.
Working Conditions The role requires prolonged standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, and use of ladders, with occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. and travel via car or plane (including overnight stays).
