Part‑time. Flexible hours, varying traditional and non‑traditional shift options are available.
What You Will Do
Count and record inventory with precision.
Follow a consistent workflow and playbook.
Move between inventory locations; walking or standing for extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity‑based wage increases.
Represent WIS by upholding Core Values (Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, Teamwork) in a safe inclusive environment.
Team Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse work is a plus; no inventory experience needed—training provided.
Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and consistent commitment.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Open to candidates without a degree, returning to workforce, or with military experience.
Access to reliable transportation.
Working Conditions This position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, repetitive motions, squatting, kneeling, crouching, ladder use and lifting up to 25 lb. Travel via car and occasional plane/overnight stays may be required.
