Retail Inventory Associate - Driver
Starting Wage: $12.50 – $14.50. Part‑time. Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
What you will do
Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements; conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
Count and record inventory with precision.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity‑based wage increases.

Team Requirements
At least 21 years of age.
Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiering, sales, driver, or warehouse work is desirable; no inventory experience required.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Inventory Associate Driver Requirements
Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
Minimum of three years proven driving experience.
Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
Familiarity with GPS devices and ability to navigate to assigned locations.
Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including early mornings and late nights.
Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions such as squatting or kneeling, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
