The Michael Friel State Farm Agency is seeking a licensed Customer Relations Representative with prior State Farm agency experience to join our team in a fully remote capacity.
This role is ideal for a service-driven professional who excels at supporting existing clients, delivering accurate and timely service, and confidently pivoting to in-book sales conversations when appropriate. If you take pride in relationship management, attention to detail, and providing a best-in-class customer experience, this opportunity may be a strong fit.
You will play a key role in client retention, coverage education, and agency growth by ensuring policyholders are properly protected while identifying meaningful opportunities to enhance their coverage.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients, providing prompt, professional service
Answer policy questions and clearly explain coverage, billing, and account details
Assist with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and service requests
Support customers through the claims process and follow up as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions
Conduct policy reviews and identify in-book sales opportunities aligned with client needs
Collaborate remotely with the agency team to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Active Property & Casualty license required (Life & Health preferred)
Prior State Farm agency experience required
Strong customer service and relationship-management skills
Ability to naturally pivot from service to sales using a needs-based approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts remotely
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated work style
