Account Manager – Insurance Service with In-Book Sales Opportunity The Michael Friel State Farm Agency is seeking an Account Manager who excels at customer service and relationship management, while also being comfortable identifying and acting on in-book sales opportunities. This role is ideal for a service-oriented insurance professional who understands that great service naturally leads to meaningful coverage conversations.

You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for existing clients—resolving needs, anticipating gaps in coverage, and helping ensure policyholders are properly protected. While this is not a high‑pressure sales role, the ability to pivot from service to sales in a consultative, needs‑based way is essential.

Insurance licensing is required. Prior State Farm agency experience is strongly preferred.
