WIS Retail Driver Associate - What You Will Do
Work primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment
Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning
Count and record inventory with precision
Follow a clear, consistent workflow
Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods
Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity-based wage increases
Represent the organization, uphold core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork
Team Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age
Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work preferred, but no inventory experience acceptable if you have discipline and are trainable
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
Strong focus and attention to detail
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
Positive, team‑oriented attitude

Access to reliable transportation
Inventory Associate Driver Requirements
Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months
Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening and MVR check
Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation
Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including early mornings, late nights, overnight travels
Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel via car or occasionally plane, including overnight stays.
