Job Summary
Retail Inventory Associate - Driver
at WIS International (Laredo, TX) Part‑time position. Starting wage: $16.00 – $18.50 per hour, with a productivity‑based wage increase of up to $5.00 as performance improves.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
Count and record inventory with precision; use handheld scanners or counting tools.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow and meet daily performance goals.
Move between inventory locations, often standing or walking for extended periods.
Represent WIS as a professional face of the organization, upholding core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.
Team Requirements
Minimum age: 21 years.
Preferred experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver or warehouse work.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Desired but not required: military experience, no degree needed, returning to workforce, or no prior inventory experience.
Access to reliable transportation.
Driver Requirement
Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative reports, background checks, and MVR check.
Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
Availability for flexible schedules, including very early mornings, late evenings, and occasional overnight stays.
