Position Summary Blackmon Industrial Electric Services is seeking a skilled industrial electrical technician to join our growing team in Blytheville, AR. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial electrical systems and production equipment. You’ll work with motors, controls, PLCs, and overhead cranes in active industrial environments where safety, precision, and uptime matter.

What You’ll Be Working On
Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair
industrial electrical systems , including motors, controls, wiring, and power distribution
Diagnose electrical issues using
schematics, prints, meters, and testing equipment
Perform
preventive maintenance
to reduce downtime and improve system reliability
Inspect, maintain, and repair
overhead cranes and related electrical components
Work with
PLC‑controlled systems
(troubleshooting; programming experience is a plus)
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve system performance
Follow all
OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards
at all times
What We’re Looking For Required:
3+ years of industrial electrical experience
(manufacturing, heavy industrial, or commercial environments)
Strong knowledge of
industrial power, controls, motor starters, VFDs, PLCs, and low‑voltage systems
Ability to read and interpret
electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
Proven troubleshooting skills with a strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in physically demanding industrial environments
Must own basic hand tools
Preferred (Not Required):
PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting experience
Journeyman license or relevant electrical certifications
Overhead crane electrical experience
Schedule & Work Environment
Flexible shift options:
8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts
Day, evening, and night shifts available
Monday–Friday with
weekend work as needed
Average 50 hours per week
(overtime available and paid)
Work performed
on‑site in industrial facilities
throughout Blytheville and surrounding areas
